Lowe, 24, entered the NFL as a sixth-round pick out of Illinois in 2022. He appeared in four games for the Vikings last season but failed to make a start for Minnesota. Lowe played 33 offensive snaps last year for the Vikings.

He logged 140 snaps this summer, earning a 72.0 PFF grade. Lowe has experience playing both tackle spots. The 24-year-old played left tackle and right tackle in the preseason.

Earlier today, the Patriots added another tackle when they acquired Tyrone Wheatley Jr. in exchange for running back Pierre Strong Jr.

The Patriots must finalize their 53-man roster by Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. The Patriot’s current roster sits at 81 players.
